Help doesn't work

I've used different cameras and computers in various JPEG formats and sizes with no joy.

I bought the frame for xmas and now Play.com won't accept it back telling me to contact the manufacturer!!!

Please help me!!!

Unfortunately www.sosmp3.com is a technical support forum and does not have the facility to exchange or refund items bought from retailers. As the product is under warranty retailers MUST help customers. Please contact them again, tell them that you have a faulty product that it under warranty and they should offer you an exchange.
