New Ipod Nano (5th generation) does not dock

We have purchased the Limit Travel Dock 2 to use with our new Ipod Nano (5th generation). Although it indicates on the packaging that it should dock to play music with new Ipods unfortunately it does not seem to work (or we are doing something wrong).

It plays music when attached by the wire supplied so the speakers are not faulty. Also when docked it does charge the Ipod, it is just the music that does not play. So my questions are:

Should this product dock with the new Ipod Nano?
What do you have to do to make it work?
How do I go about return/replacement if required?

It should just work, so sounds like you've got a faulty one. You'll need to contact your retailer for a replacement.
