My player kept freezing so i did a reset via the on board software and then a format. I can add songs etc to the device from my PC and play them back via media player but when i disconnect the device and start it up I can acces the menu but whatever option i choose (Music, Files) i end up with the file system error mesaage on screen and all controls freeze until the battery runs out or I reset it manually. can anyone help?
