Default Phillips GoGear 4GB

I came back from holiday today, I hadn't taken my mp3 with me, and when I switched it on, I just got a box of text on display screen saying "file system error"? It hasn't been touched while I was away, and was fully recharged, does anyone have any idea what this means ? My pc doesn't detect it either

The problem is very similar to some of the play.com mp3 players. It seems that there is a fault with the mp3 player's solid state disk. You will need to contact your retailer and ask for an exchange.

Moreover.. we do not provide support for the Phillips branded players.
